I recently bought from backcountrystore.com 2 sleeping bags of the same model. To my surprise I got 2 travel pouches of different sizes: one small and the other x-small. X-small is a bit too tight for the sleeping bag, so when I got an email from them asking me to do a survey, I mentioned this issue, thinking it would be too much hassle to get it fixed anyway. Well, within 10 minutes of submitting the survey, I got an email reply from their support department. I was amazed by their quick and positive response and decided to follow up on the matter.

Today I just phoned their support and true enough, it was a pleasant call. Now I will wait for the new small pouch and send the x-small one back afterwards. This should not cost me anything, including shipping.

I already know their response is good, now let's see how they execute on it.
