I am pissed!! I don't even know if the previous speaker problem has been fix (need to recharge battery to check) but I already know that they broke something else!!! Those id**ts broke the hinge on the battery cover, so now I can't close it at all. Can't believe they have the nerve to send it back this way!!! What a waste of my time!!! I hope they don't have me send the unit back again but rather just send me a replacement cover.

iPaq 2210 is a great product, but this just stinks!! My old Casio EM500 didn't give me any problems at all in the 2.5 years I have been using it. This experience makes me wonder if I want to buy from HP again.
