Tried the supposedly-fixed iPaq. Now it won't even charge the battery, so I can't turn it on to test the "fixed" speaker. Right now I am charging the battery in the cradle without going through the iPaq itself..

Called HP tech support and was told that they will send me a battery cover. This will of course take 3-5 days, after which I have to call them again if the cover doesn't resolve the problems with the iPaq unit itself (seriously doubt it). That will take at least another week for them to send me the empty box, for me to send the iPaq back, for them to fix it, and finally to send the Fixed-iPaq-v2.0 back to me. All in the mean time I have nothing to use!

How I wish MindSay v2.0 offers emotion icons so I can show how I feel. Then again, I don't even know if I am angry or completely given up and accepted their incompetence.
